Capacity strengthening

Technical learning built for use.

I design and facilitate learning that helps teams connect guidance, tools and routine data to the decisions they make every day.

Facilitation · Practical exercises · Implementation support

Training portfolio

From concepts to confident practice.

Sessions combine technical explanation, programme context, hands-on tools and facilitated interpretation.

01

HIV Strategic Information

Indicators, monitoring frameworks, data interpretation, performance review and decision-ready communication.

02

HTS and index testing

Documentation, contact elicitation tools, M&E, quality improvement, gap review and responsible data use.

03

Continuity of treatment

Client-status monitoring, lost-to-follow-up workflows, line listing and follow-up prioritisation.

04

Digital and laboratory systems

DHIS2 aggregate reporting and individual-level tracking, LIS/LIMS workflows, implementation readiness and adoption support.

Learning design

Four elements in every engagement.

  1. 01

    Clarify the decision

Start with what participants must understand, do or improve after the session.

  2. 02

    Work with real tools

Use registers, forms, line lists, dashboards and practical scenarios that reflect programme work.

  3. 03

    Interpret together

Facilitate discussion around anomalies, data quality, implementation constraints and next actions.

  4. 04

    Connect learning to follow-up

End with responsibilities, support needs and a practical route to sustained use.
